Welcome to Elevate — the AI-assisted classroom observation platform from Tandem Education. Elevate helps school and district administrators record observations, capture a live transcript, take timestamped notes, and turn it all into a polished, FERPA-safe evaluation report.

Who Elevate is for

Elevate serves two groups:

• Tech admins set up the district — schools, users, privacy settings — so everyone else can work.
• Evaluators (principals, assistant principals, and other observers) run observations and build reports.

Note: Teachers being observed are not Elevate users. They are records your team manages, kept separate from the people who log in.

How the pieces fit

1. A tech admin configures the district and invites users.
2. An evaluator starts an observation, and Elevate transcribes the classroom in real time.
3. The evaluator adds notes and quick tags as the lesson unfolds.
4. Elevate generates a draft report, with student names automatically scrubbed.
