Using the Report Builder

Accept, edit, and arrange AI suggestions into a polished evaluation report.

The Report Builder is where a draft becomes your report. It puts Elevate's suggestions on one side and your finished report on the other, so you can shape it with confidence.

Suggestions and your report

  • Suggestions are Elevate's evidence-based ideas, drawn from the lesson.
  • Your report is what you build by accepting and editing the ones you agree with.

For each suggestion you can:

  • Accept it to add it to your report,
  • Edit the wording to match your voice, or
  • Dismiss it if it doesn't fit.

Arranging your report

You can reorder items within a section so the report reads the way you want. Add your own points anytime — you're not limited to the suggestions.

What goes into the report

For the full list of sections — observation summary, strengths, areas for growth, ways to elevate the lesson, reflection questions, and your private notes — see Understanding report sections.

Tip: Treat the suggestions as a thoughtful first draft from a colleague. Keep what rings true, reword what's close, and set aside what doesn't fit. The judgment is yours.

When it's ready, move on to Exporting and sharing reports.
