Do students' names show up in reports?
No. Student names are automatically removed before a report is finalized. See Student name scrubbing explained.
How long can an observation be?
Up to 45 minutes per session, with warnings as you near the limit. See Recording an observation.
What languages does Elevate transcribe?
English and Spanish. You choose the language when you start the observation. See Supported languages.
What if my internet drops mid-observation?
Your recording and notes keep working, and you can finish in notes-only mode. See If your audio or transcription fails.
Do teachers log in to Elevate?
No — teachers are people you observe, not users. The people who log in are evaluators and admins. See Managing your teacher roster.
Can I edit what the AI suggests?
Always. Every suggestion can be accepted, edited, or dismissed. You build the final report. See Using the Report Builder.
Why can't I see Settings or Analytics?
Those areas are tied to your role. See Understanding roles and permissions.
